Landon IP provides electronic copies of certain documents and forms, which may be downloaded and used by customers, and an electronic copy of customer documents may be maintained by Landon IP, where each customer may retrieve and use the electronic copy maintained by Landon IP.
Customers own only their own paper copy which is downloaded from the Landon IP Web site. Landon IP owns all right, title, and interest in electronic copies of documents and agreements. By permitting Customers to view, retrieve, and use documents and agreements on the Landon IP Web site, Landon IP does not grant any interest in such documents and agreements, and Landon IP retains all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, therein. Further, Landon IP may, at its discretion, discontinue any particular services offered, and may, at its discretion, discontinue storage of all documents maintained in electronic format.
